The Mobility Clinic provides additional primary care to persons living with physical disabilities or other health conditions that impact mobility (e.g., spinal cord injury, ALS, MS, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, arthritis).

Run once per month on Monday afternoons (1-4 PM)

Each site has accessible rooms and equipment, including a high/low exam table, ceiling lift, wheelchair scale, and transfer boards.

Patients will be triaged to one of the two locations according to patient needs and clinic availability. In certain cases, patients may be seen in their home/living environment for assessment.
